Chocolate Coated Honeycomb

This delicious confectionery has many different names, Honeycomb, Hokey Pokey and Cinder Toffee to name a few, but no matter the name it is always a favorite sweet treat.

When we decided to start making our own Honeycomb we were determined that it had to be fabulous, and most of all really taste of Honey. It took many days, and we tried more than 20 recipes to craft a light as air honeycomb using the finest fresh local honey.

We believe now we have mastered the art of Honeycomb through trial and error have developed we believe to be the best Honeycomb you have ever tasted.

We offer our Honeycomb naked or dipped in Belgian milk and dark chocolate, which way do you like your sweet crispy bubbles?
